The Position:
We are seeking an admin guru with WHS knowledge and a passion for policy to join our team and actively support us in effective operation of Self Insurance and WHS processes across the organisation. You will be responsible for providing committee support to the Safety, Quality and Risk committees, provide reporting and data analysis, assist in updating and reviewing policies and procedures, and the provision of administrative support to the broader team. You will have direct involvement in the analysis of incidents and injuries, reporting updates to the Safety, Quality and Risk team.
You must be an organised and self-motivated individual who is always up for a challenge. With a strong eye for detail you will be able to support our team with great accuracy and efficiency. Apply now and join our energetic and dedicated Safety, Quality and Risk team!
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience working for a Self Insured environment with exposure to Safety, Quality and Risk
- Sound knowledge of Work Health and Safety Act, Regulations, Codes of Practice and hazard and incident management principles.
- Creative problem solving skills and with the ability to think innovatively and resourcefully
- Advance computer skills in Microsoft office suite
- Ability to develop strong, collaborative relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including managers, staff and volunteers
