Your new company
Due to huge growth within the family owned accounting firm, an opportunity has come up to support a dynamic Director in the Marketing sector. With an outstanding reputation in the industry, a highly experienced EA is required to not only support the Director but be their right hand person and decision maker in their absence. Your new role
You will display a high level of administration, communication and coordination skills for responsible Partners, incorporating the ability to liaise and consult effectively with personnel at all levels, within and external to the organisation, and the ability to prepare and present quality written material..

  • Arrange and maintain a diary of meetings and appointments and collate required documentation/information as necessary.
  • Screen all incoming telephone calls, answer enquiries and arrange appropriate responses.
  • Examine, evaluate and prioritise correspondence and papers for the Managing Partners attention.
  • Organising and attending meetings (as required) and ensuring the Managing Partner is well-prepared for meetings
  • Take minutes of meetings from time-to-time as requested by the Managing Partner.
  • Draft quality written correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Carry out background research and present findings
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff as required
  • Arrange travel and accommodation
  • Co-ordination of client Strategic Focus Workshops, including the use of Survey Monkey to launch and collate Perception Surveys.
  • Preparation of presentations for various external events
  • Other tasks as requested from time to time.


What you'll need to succeed

  • APS knowledge (preferred)
  • Demonstrates ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Have a general tech savvy approach to various technological advancements
  • Minute taking at Board of Director level (shorthand preferable)
  • 7 years experience in a corporate office environment
  • Experience with database maintenance
  • Intermediate to advance level of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Cert IV in Business or Business Admin (or equivalent)
