We're currently seeking a customer focused professional to fill our newly created Service Administration role. You’ll be responsible for providing support to the Product Support and Service team. This involves a range of administrative and clerical duties including data entry, filing and handling telephone queries.

As our Product Support and Service team is undergoing exciting change and growth, we are committed to finding the right person for this important role. The role is initially part-time with the possibility of becoming full-time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling telephone calls from clients and field staff.
  • Maintaining information in relevant systems (including Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Excel).
  • Collating, sorting, scanning and filing paperwork.
  • Liaising with internal staff to assist in handling queries.
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of training on site.
  • Assisting with creating service jobs and purchase orders.
  • General administrative duties.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Relevant qualifications in office administration or progression toward a relevant qualification (an advantage).
  • Experience in a similar administration role (minimum 2 years).
  • Experience in a customer service or support role (desirable).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Sound computer skills in a Microsoft Windows Environment.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
