We are searching for a motivated Data Entry professional to join our fast paced team at our brand new office in Brisbane's north side (Hendra).

About the role

• Entering details provided by clients into the company CRM (Dynamics 365) accurately, quickly and efficiently.
• Supporting team requests and monitoring the progress using spreadsheets to report to management.
• Identifying client needs and making recommendations for improved efficiencies.
• Administration support.

About you

• At least 2 years experience in a Data Entry/Administration Assistant role or similar.
• Strong attention to detail in following processes, inputting and cross checking the accuracy of data.
• Strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
• Experience working with CRM platforms. Dynamics 365 highly regarded.
• A team player with the ability to collaborate and work towards shared goals to reach the best outcome.

Key Criteria

• Touch typing desirable with speed and accuracy.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office – predominantly Excel and Word.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills together with a warm and engaging manner.
• A positive and can-do attitude with a high attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and multi-task.
• Must be able to start immediately.
