Your Opportunity

This is a permanent site based FIFO position commencing immediately working a 15/6 roster. This is a great opportunity to join Australia's leading construction contractor that is delivering some of Australia's largest projects. As a Site Administrator, you will deliver accurate and timely administration support to the Project Team. This role requires an Administration allrounder that is comfortable being the Administration lead for the Project. 

Our minimum requirements for this role:

  • Previous FIFO construction project experience
  • Ability to coordinate and maintain flights and rosters for site employees
  • Payroll processing experience including timekeeping, recording and reporting
  • Accounts payable experience with JDE knowledge highly desirable
  • Plant Administration experience including fuel reconciliations
  • A personal commitment to working safely in everything you do
  • Great time management with an ability to coordinate, prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • A willingness and ability to learn new skills and adapt to and embrace change
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook experience
  • Strong ability to develop excellent working relationships with all staff
