About the business
Family owned motor vehicle smash repair business in Osborne Park are requiring the services of an office all rounder to fill a vacant position. This business is very well established and has been operating for over 30 years. A great friendly team to work with. The applicant will be courteous and friendly with a can-do attitude and must be willing to assist and support others. This is a part time role although at times you will be required to be full time especially to fill in for other staff when on holiday leave. We use "Panel-n-Paint" computer system.
About the role
Daily duties will involve:
- All general office duties
- Greeting clients and insurance assessors
- Some reception duties
- Answering telephones and dealing with queries efficiently
- Entering invoices
- Data entry
- Accounts Payable/Receivable, debtors/creditors
- Basic Accounts experience
- Maintaining business systems and processes
- Typing job estimates using the "Panel-n-Paint" computer system
