My client, one of Australia's largest Insurance Organisations are seeking a Reception/Client Services Team Leader. Based in the CBD of Sydney with a salary of $75k + Super.

The core of the role is to ensure a consistently high level of service is provided to every visitor, guest and client that enters the office, with a lasting impression. You will need to be able to forge exceptional relationships with key stakeholders in the business.

Key Duties:

• To create and manage a consistently high-level of experience for a long lasting impression
• Building strong trusting relationships with key stakeholders including the Executive Assistant team
• Work closely with the Facilities team in both Sydney and Melbourne to build a continuity in experience
• Developing, guiding, mentoring and coaching the Reception team to deliver a consistent and ‘best in industry’ Customer experience
• Responsible for the recruitment, training and development of the Reception team
• Provide guidance and support in complaint handling, feedback management, standards and client service delivery
• Ensure staff rosters and rotations are meeting the operational demands of the business
• Oversee the management of the meeting room booking and visitor management system
• Work with the Head of Customer Contact on developing the overall strategy for the Reception and Client Services team
• Act as Project Manager for any identified small to medium sized projects i.e. the new Visitor Management system implementation
