Immediate start for talented Consumer Relations Manager at FMCG organisation in North Ryde
Your new company
This company are in the health and wellbeing space with a number of high profile products and brands. They have a strong and talented Australian based team who are now looking for an empathetic and talented Consumer Relations Manager to join them on a fixed term contract basis.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- Managing a small team of two supporting their growth and development
- Managing consumer requests and complex complaints in order to gain the best outcome
- Working closely with the marketing team to drive key messages to consumers and report on outcomes of ongoing issues
- Accurately update and report on progress of queries
- Follow up in a timely manner with all requests and queries
- Effectively drive key messages
- Escalate and identify potential PR or media related incidents
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this job you will have a very high level of consumer and customer relations experience and be able to handle difficult and sensitive situations through to completion. It is essential that you are approachable and calm under pressure as well being pro active in spotting problems before they arise. You will be used to working under pressure and to deadlines. If you have a medical or healthcare background then this would be a distinct advantage although this is not essential.

You will be working for an experienced and supportive management team and be given training and exposure to a very unique working enviornment. This is a 9 month fixed term contract to start with but may extended further. The company is close to pubic transport links for buses and trains
