Industry leader in specialist industrial systems for the Construction and Resource spaces in Australia. They undertake everything from concept design, to manufacturing to installations/servicing etc. Strong reputation in the market with a great working atmosphere.

We are looking for a candidate that has been in a position of similar nature and function. A person who is passionate about providing this level of support to a sales team and keen continually improve processes. Must have Salesforce and SAP experience. 

Your days will be busy, challenging with no dull moments.
Being a newly created role, it'll be a big part of your job to be the 'engine' to keep the sales team ticking over. 
Without you, the sales team won't be able to function at it's fullest potential.
You will receive direct calls and enquiries from customers regarding aftermarket services, create orders, perform data entry into SAP and Salesforce, Monitor status of spare parts, servicing and follow-up with appropriate departments and other sales support administrative tasks.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a global leader in an exciting and innovative industry. The position is 3 days a week to start but it is more than likely to progress to 4 or 5 days with a view to go permanent and offering competitive rates of pay.
