About the Role

Get your foot in the door of one of Australia’s most exciting environmental companies!

We are looking for motivated, driven sales team members who have a desire to be a part of a forward  thinking business, making a positive difference to society.

As Customer Service & Sales Administrator, you will be joining a small, dedicated team, responsible for receiving and processing orders, as well as handling inbound customer calls/enquiries.

Your average day will include:

  • Processing orders and inputting them to our NetSuite system

  • Answering inbound customer calls

  • Taking orders from customers (phone, email, online orders)

  • Helping customers with queries

    • Advice on what to purchase

    • Help to place an order

    • Help with an existing order

  • Additional duties and responsibilities as you grow

About You

  • Great attitude - willing to get stuck in

  • Good under pressure, level-headed and determined to succeed

  • High attention to detail - accurate and fast data entry

  • Exceptional Phone Manner

    • Previous Call Centre Experience will be looked upon favourably

  • Fantastic Customer Service Skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work

  • Positive open minded attitude to learning

  • Proven ability to work autonomously and proactively

  • Can use learn technology / software effectively and efficiently
