About the Position:
With our fast growth in QLD, we are looking for Two passionate and enthusiastic Admin/Sales assistants (one full-time position and one 6mth contract Maternity Leave contract ) to join our team. The successful applicants will be trained in all aspects of our products and sales techniques to suit the competitive Solar industry. Our operation is purely wholesale business to business transactions.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Answer incoming sales calls
- Attend to queries and sales
- Ensure messages are clearly documented and passed on
- Where confident, offer simple quotations
- Review incoming sales emails and accurately enter system orders
- Escalate pricing or stock issues
- Assist sales staff as required
Selection Criteria
- Good level of knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done, reliable and flexible
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and eye for detail
- Keen to learn the Solar Industry
- Previous solar or electrical exposure and/or sales / sales Admin experience highly regarded.
- Suitable for person beginning a career in Admin
