Your New Role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Junior HR and Recruitment Admin, depending on your skills and experience. This role will require you to network within the market, build strong relationships, and support other team members

• Update records received and responses given using the customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Conduct employment reference checks
• Accurate data entry
• Creating, formatting, proofreading and editing documents
• Managing email correspondence
• Diary management
• Efficiently and sensitively manage incoming telephone calls and email enquiries 
• Co-ordinate the publication of all documents within strict deadlines
• Other duties as directed

Ideally, you will have:

• Recruitment or Sales experience are an advantage
• Demonstrated talent to build genuine relationships
• Possess the drive to achieve great results
• Outstanding networking and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Resilience and cope with pace, setback and change
