Innovated Specialist Building Services Organisation require a motivated Facilities Helpdesk
Your new company
Innovation Specialist Building Services that offer an integrated range of technical services for all systems in buildings from advice and design through to installation, commissioning, maintenance and ongoing operation and management. Due to massive growth they require a Facilities Helpdesk on a temporary to permanent basis
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls in a professional manner
- Logging and prioritising maintenance issues
- Organising contractors and keeping all parties informed with prices and timelines
- Preparing and processing of relevant documentation and records
- Data entry into relevant databases
- Raise purchase orders and processing invoices
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous facilities helpdesk experience
- Excellent customer service
- Strong team player
- Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and resolve problems
