Join forces with Linkforce, the leading shutdown maintenance service provider to the mining and resources sector.

We are seeking a professional, adaptable, and experienced Operations Administrator who is ideally available immediately to join our growing corporate team.

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer (COO), this position is based in our Perth Corporate Office. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with requirements outside of these hours from time to time (on call or as required).

This fast paced, diverse and high pressure administrative support role requires a candidate who is professional, has a high level of confidentially and discretion and can remain calm under pressure. You must be dedicated to the role ensuring deadlines are met and all administrative functions are completed to a high standard with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. While the core responsibility is to support the COO you must also be willing to assist the wider Executive Management team as required.

Responsibilities include though not limited to:

  • Personal Assistant office functions for Chief Operations Officer and Executive Management Team
  • Assisting in day to day office requirements for Executive Management including the Managing Director
  • Minute taking and dictation with a very high level of accuracy
  • Attending client and senior management meetings as required and preparing meeting materials
  • Assisting with administrative requirements for business tenders
  • Formatting and creating Operational documents, policies and procedures
  • Preparing internal and external correspondence
  • Liaising with clients as required
  • Support to departmental managers
  • Organising travel arrangements
  • Other duties as delegated by Executive Management

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • 3-5 years’ experience working as an Administrator / Personal Assistant
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to manage conflicting priorities and meet strict deadlines
  • Self-Motivated with a mature and committed approach to work
  • Works well under pressure and thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Ability to remain focused and calm in pressured situations
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience
  • Personal Assistant / Secretarial / Executive Assistant experience preferable
  • Mining Maintenance / Heavy industry experience preferable though not essential.
