Facilities Officer is required for a collaborative University in the inner CBD Suburbs
Your new company
This collaborative University campus requires a Facilities Officer with excellent stakeholder engagement skills to join their supportive and professional team on a full time, temporary to permanent basis
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating facilities requests throughout the building
- Organising contractors and trades for maintenance and upgrades
- Ordering and coordination of catering for meetings, functions and events
- Conducting site inspections, maintenance schedules, works and upgrades
- Contract management with cleaning, catering and other suppliers
- Organising access cards and signing in guests and contractors on arrival
- Administration, invoicing and raising purchase orders for works and suppliers
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated facilities experience in a similar position
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholder
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritise competing work demands and time manage tasks
- Polished and professional presentation
