A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Admin Assistant / Project Support to join a global technology company dedicated to the real estate industry.

Initially a 12 month maternity contract, this position will assist, guide and provide support with the project administration function across the Professional Services Group and Client Services division.

Essential Job Results:


• Develop, analyse and execute regular reports on program snapshots and performance
• Provide administrative support, in tracking and reporting progress and performance of one or more projects
• Ensure timesheets are logged correctly and on time
• Manage Sharepoint project tools and resources
• Assist with project resource planning and project forecasts
• Assist with project administration activities for larger projects
• Assist with new hire induction and orientation
• Attend meetings and prepare minutes, follow up action items
• Assist with organizing internal training, including internal program and departmental conference
• Assist with running client facing bi-weekly training workshops, including scheduling, communications and creating Webinars
• Assist with conducting post-project reviews to document the lessons learned and continuously improve the implementation process
• Assist with event management, such as planning, preparation and running of professional service and client conferences.

Qualification Standards:


A. Education/Training
• Bachelor’s degree preferable, in Business Management, Project Management or similar


B. Work Experience
• Ideally 2 - 3 years of project administration experience
• Active Sharepoint experience
• Experience in working in a team environment


C. Skills/Aptitudes Required
• Energetic and dynamic professionalism
• Ability to work within a team and autonomously
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Ability to follow through on commitments and deadlines
• Aptitude for new technologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
