The Admission Manager is responsible for the provision of strategic leadership and operational oversight of the domestic admissions functions at TOP. This includes promoting the delivery of high quality, efficient, cost-effective and targeted services and embedding a student-focused culture of innovation, teamwork and continuous improvement in everyday practices. This role will also support student recruitment marketing events and outbound activities.

 

Salary Package: $68,000 to $73,000 p.a. plus 9.5 % superannuation and annual leave loading.

Term of position: This continuing position is available immediately.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

·       Experience in processing UAC applications is essential

·       Being contact for UAC editorial matters

·       Ensuring that student enrolments are seamless and contribute to an outstanding student experience

·       Processing admissions leads, student accounts and enrolments ensuring all business requirements are met

·       Ensuring students are enrolled accurately and in line with course progression

·       Providing high quality telephone and email support

·       Contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and internal processes 

 

To be successful you should have:

·       A high level of attention to detail

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Experience within an administration or sales support role

·       The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with working under pressure

·       A service mentality and respect for balancing both the needs of our students and the needs of the business
