Market Research Team  - Admin Co-ordinator -  ORMOND. 

Cooper Symons & Associates have been providing market research services to clients around Australia for more than 20 years.  Our job is to arrange people of all ages, singles, couples,mums and dads,empty nesters, grandparents, teenagers and small business owners to attend interesting paid discussion groups, interviews and clinics.

We need an Admin Co-ordinator to join our busy team.  The job has lots of variety, including dealing with clients, putting projects into field and ensuring all groups have sufficent attendees that meet required profiles.

We need someone with excellent ADMINISTRATION and COMPUTER SKILLS (word, excel and outlook).  

You will be responsible for checking screening questionnaires, data entry, managing our respondent database and producing accurate reports.

Ability to work as part of a team, and SUPERVISE others is an advantage.

Position would suit someone who is able to work on their own, and has a healthy interest in the fast moving and dynamic world of Market Research.

If you have studied marketing or business admin you will find this job very interesting.  Past experience in market research interviewing, call centres or telemarketing is an advantage but not essential.

Most important is that you have GREAT ADMIN and COMPUTER SKILLS and that you enjoy the responsibility of making things happen.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Part time 25+ hours plus per work Negotiable. Some flexibility is required for either morning shifts 9-3pm or afternoon shifts 11am -6.30pm.  There is a possibility of working a 9 day fortnight.  This position does not suit candidates looking to work school hours only. 

A casual hourly rate may be negotiated (based on industry awards).  This is a permanent ongoing position.

Our offices in Ormond are conveniently located near the Ormond train station and buses.
