This is an incredible opportunity for a fast-paced and energetic Personal Assistant who is looking to provide efficient support to ambitious GM's. 

Ideally you will have an outstanding attitude and a history of doing an amazing job wherever you have worked. This company is not overly corporate, so even though you will be beautifully presented, a touch of cool is welcome too.

Who are we looking for?:
  • Someone who can start before the end of July ideally
  • A bubbly, dynamic and experienced Personal Assistant
  • Someone with fantastic attention to detail and exceptional Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Relationship building ability with people of all levels
  • You will be confident, succinct and well spoken
  • Excellent organisational, communication, presentation and prioritisation skills
What will you be doing?:
  • Providing accurate and detailed support to 3 General Managers of the Marketing Team
  • Managing extensively the 3 GM's diaries
  • Organising and ensuring the smooth running of all team meetings
  • Booking and arranging travel and accomodation
  • Being an effective gate-keeper 
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required
