Temporary Administrative Assistant opportunity within a dynamic accounting firm located in Sydney's CBD.
Your new company
This well renowned accounting firm based in the heart of Sydney's CBD are looking for an Administrator to join their busy and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity within a growing organisation where service delivery and quality are of the up-most importance.
Your new role
Reporting in to the General Manager, you will be responsible for liaising with and maintaining client and contractor relationships, for everything from processing client requests to allocating jobs to contractors. On top of this you will be required to handle all relevant administration including researching information, producing reports and maintaining databases.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this busy and varied role, you must come from a solid administration background and be a proven multi-tasker with exceptional attention to detail. On top of this you will be able to demonstrate examples of times when you have had to deal with difficult situations and think outside of the box to hit deadlines. Also having a finance background will be an advantage.
