About the role

An exciting new opportunity has been created for a Team Assistant/Administrator/Junior PA to provide support to a rapidly expanding team of Insurance Professionals based in Sydney CBD. 

Your main responsibilities include:

  • General secretarial/ personal assistant duties working closely and in confidence with the management team
  • Basic IT and Administration skills
  • Diary management 
  • Telephone Handling
  • Create, amend and format documents to company standards
  • Coordinate and manage travel, accommodation, conference/meetings and staff events
  • General facilities maintenance duties
  • Ad Hoc Duties
  • Incoming & Outgoing Mail

Skills and experience
