Full Time Position

A full time position is being offered within our Company to help manage the Compliance, scheduling, record keeping and administration needs of our business.

You must be able to multitask and possess a can do attitude.

Experience in the transport industry with compliance knowledge would be an advantage however, industry specific training can be provided.

About the role

• Monitor incoming compliance documentation and ensure that compliance targets are met
• Assist with scheduling
• Data entry related to the recording of compliance documentation and records
• Maintain and manage vehicle registrations and permits
• Assist with management of records associated with vehicle maintenance
• Other administration tasks as required to assist others within the team

Skills and experience

• A minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role will be advantageous
• Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite is essential
• An ability to prioritise
• Attention to detail
• Possess strong relationship building skills 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Work independently in a small team environment

The requirement for the role would be 4-5 days, with the flexibility to negotiate days and times, keeping in mind the needs of the business.

This is a diverse, hands on role.
