The Role

Booktopia is offering an exciting opportunity to join our Corporate Admin team as a permanent full-time Receptionist / Office Assistant based in our Head Office at Lidcombe.

Booktopia is also happy to consider students / returning to work parents in a job sharing arrangement working Monday, Thursday and Friday.

The right candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors and customers to the Booktopia Group office and maintain the smooth running of the office.  

The Receptionist / Office Assistant is also required to assist the Executive Assistant with adhoc tasks as they arise and perform administration duties required by the business.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Meet and greet
  • Meeting room management
  • Mail collection and distribution
  • Stationery and consumables ordering
  • Staff communication
  • Facilities management
  • Ad hoc administrative support as requested by team

  • Demonstrated attention to detail, customer focus and confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively individually as well as in a team
  • Tech savvy and basic knowledge of G-Suite apps
