Your new role
Within your new role as team assistant, you will contribute to the company’s success by providing administrative support to two teams within the Sydney office. Duties will include:
- Creating reports, typing letters, document control and drafting fee proposals
- Answering and directing phone calls, including reception overflow, and corresponding with clients and stakeholders via email
- Covering reception, when needed
- Diary Management
- Coordinating travel arrangements, when needed
- Facilitating the daily running of the office, including meeting room management, filing, running errands and maintaining the kitchen
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an enthusiastic administrator with excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. You will be possess proficient typing skills and working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite. In addition, you will be tech-savvy, organised and be able to build relationships with people at all levels.
