The opportunity?

We are currently looking for a strong and experienced Receptionist to join our dedicated corporate team on a short term casual on call basis. You will be answering a high volume of enquiries and redirecting these calls to the appropriate staff members, booking of meeting rooms, mail distribution and meeting and greeting visitors whilst ensuring that they follow sign in procedures and OHS guidelines when on site.

The ideal candidate?

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Reception within a corporate environment and be immediately available to commence employment. Your talents include outstanding organisational skills, which will be put to the test in scheduling and maintaining meeting and boardrooms . A whiz with Microsoft Office and Outlook, you confidently juggle a myriad of tasks and responsibilities and still maintain your friendly, professional and courteous manner.
