We are looking for a highly experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our friendly National Sales Team in Kilsyth. This position would ideally suit someone with a strong administrative background and a "can do attitude", preferably who has worked in a busy sales environment.
Reporting directly to the National Sales Administration Manager, the role will have responsibility for providing assistance and support of our national fleet effort.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Assist in coordinating the supply of ARB products to a national network of Fleet Organisations, Government Departments and Motor Vehicle Dealer customers.
- Provide immediate response to fleet sales orders & ensure vehicle delivery dates are met nationally.
- Stock procurement & allocation for fleet jobs.
- Coordinate fitting schedules with both State Offices and customers.
- Uploading of customer orders and invoices.
- Maintain tracking sheets and calculate rebate margins
- Undertake project orientated tasks as directed.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following behaviours and skills:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Have a professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dead-lines is a must
- Outgoing personality with a happy disposition
