My client is a well known brand in the Australian market. They have a progressive and forward-thinking approach, and as a result, have achieved significant growth throughout the Australian market. They currently have an opportunity for an energetic assistant to join their team.
The Role
- Meeting and greeting clients and staff
- Management of catering for meetings and staff functions
- Scheduling meetings rooms & maintaining a tidy office environment
- Taking incoming calls
- Assist Executive Management and Marketing department
- Project management
- Previous experience in an Administration or Receptionist role
- Able to work and participate in a busy team environment.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Events experience desirable
- Social media experience desirable
