We require people with the below experience:
- At least 1 year in an administration or receptionist position
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; MS Word, Excel and Outlook including calendar management
- Ability to work in an office environment with a professional, friendly manner
We place temporary candidates in positions varying from short term roles to longer term opportunities. Some of your responsibilities may include:
- Manage a high level of inbound/outbound calls and a switchboard management
- Printing, ordering and monitoring the office administrative support materials
- Regular filing and database entry
