The Opportunity
Reporting to our Finance Business Partner, this fast-paced role will see you applying your administration expertise to a broad range of duties including:
- Managing our customer Accounts Service Board including customer communications
- Collaborate with the sales team to maintain integrity of the customer contact database
- Manage requisition and purchase order workflow
- Build strong relationships with customers and Fred team members
You
With a strong background in a similar administration role you can easily demonstrate proven capability in:
- Contributing to the effective and efficient operation of a team
- Setting priorities, planning and organising your work - you are highly structured with an eye for detail
- Time management – you take pride in meeting deadlines
- Excellent telephone, verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal skills – you build trust on your record of providing results
- Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics 365 highly regarded
