RUSWIN is a leading Regional Queensland provider of Security systems and Locksmith services. Ruswin partners with renowned suppliers across the range of Locksmith and Door Hardware products, Electronic Security, and Nurse Call amongst other products and technologies.
We currently have Clerical Assistant/Customer Service positions available, which are permanent full time. These positions are entry level and would suit a 2016 or 2017 Grade 12 Graduate. The successful applicants will be working as part of a team focused on providing administrative and customer service support to all areas of our business.
Training is provided and there is also the opportunity to undertake a traineeship, should the successful candidates be eligible.
Remuneration will be Award Wages.
CRITERIA:
- Good school results in Accounting, Maths and English
- Retail or Customer Service skills would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Positive drive and self-motivation
- Enthusiastic about learning new skills
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- Willingness to follow policies and procedures
