The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join their company in the Brisbane Office, with the potential to earn a negotiable remuneration depending on experience. 

The primary purpose of this position is to provide exceptional support to the Body Corporate Manager by assisting them with all administrative and clerical responsibilities.

Reporting directly to the Body Corporate Manager some of your responsibilities include:

  • Providing effective administration of the portfolio
  • Processing and following up on maintenance requests
  • Preparing meeting documents and minutes accurately
  • Providing excellent customer service to owners and committees
  • Building and maintaining relationships and delivering a high level of customer service to clients
About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in a similar administration role
  • Experience within the body corporate industry (or similar)
  • A high level of computer literacy
  • Experience with the Microsoft Suite
  • A minimum typing speed of 50wpm is necessary
  • Any experience using BC Max software would be highly beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
