The Location
Currently in Gladesville (locating to St Leonards in mid-2020), the site enjoys spectacular river views, expansive grounds, and is on a major arterial road with plenty of on-site parking.

- Demonstrated experience and sound knowledge in providing administrative support in a diverse service industry organisation and/or relevant qualifications or equivalent.
- Demonstrated high level skills working in a team environment and the ability to work productively in collocated and virtual team environment.
- Demonstrated skills in office support technology including Microsoft Office suite and record management systems.
- High level communication skills (verbal and written) and effective interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders in NSW Health.
- Flexible approach with demonstrated time management and organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
- High level organisational skills, attention to detail including the ability to successfully manage competing priorities and meet non-negotiable deadlines.
- Able to work as an effective member of a flexible and creative team and the capacity to work flexibly with minimal direction and supervision.
