The Role
 
We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Contract Billing Administrator to join our friendly and diverse team based in Melbourne.  
 
You will be responsible to load, maintain and invoice all contracts including maintenance of core operating system - Navision, reporting and contract reconciliation and customer billing.                    
 
Your key responsibilities will include: 
  • Loading and maintaining contracts in our system
  • Maintaining accurate fleet in our system
  • Process finance payouts and cancellations accurately, within various systems.
  • Ensure monthly reads are received and entered and missed reads are kept to a minimum.
  • Prepare and produce monthly contract invoices
  • Respond to and action internal and external customer billing queries
  • Produce contract/accounts reconciliations upon request
  • General administration duties as required
The Person

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to build strong relationship with internal and external customers
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and enjoy negotiating with customers and investigating their issues
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex contracts
  • The ability to meet deadlines on a daily and weekly basis
