An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administration Officer to join our Industrial Services Administration team in Brooklyn. You will be responsible for performing administrative duties with a high level of accuracy, in accordance with safety and environmental standards, customer expectations and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Payroll processing and maintenance of payroll data integrity
- SAP administration, including input of data, reporting and analysis
- Client based reporting
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Purchase order management
- Compliance administration
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Business improvement initiatives
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous SAP experience is preferable
- Prior experience in billing, invoicing and/or payroll would be highly regarded
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
- The ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive and resilience in order to work well under pressure
- Intermediate computer skills
- A positive 'can-do' attitude
- A commitment to customer service
