Program Management Officer – Labour Hire (12 month fixed term contract)
It has been an exciting year for Fortescue, embracing further technological advancements and implementing SAP Fieldglass as our labour hire engagement platform.
As the Program Management Officer, you will working in the Corporate Human Resources team and will be responsible for managing the day to day usage and best practice of Fortescue’s labour hire function through SAP Fieldglass by:
- Working closely with key stakeholders around best use and practice of Fieldglass and labour hire procurement
- Providing hands on assistance in trouble shooting and providing ongoing support and guidance to end users
- Liaising with key labour hire vendors and providing assistance where required
- Utilising Front Range for IT support
- Service entry sheet receipting and reviewing
- Raising purchase requisitions
Qualifications and skills required:
- Demonstrated previous experience in a Contractor Engagement, or Labour hire support role
- Experience processing and receipting invoices
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task
- High degree of proficiency in all levels of computer operation including Ariba and SAP
- Excellent communication skills
- Mining Industry knowledge advantageous
- SAP Fieldglass knowledge desirable but not essential
In order to be successful in this role, you will be good with systems and have prior experience of utilizing both SAP and Ariba. You will have strong attention to detail and an advanced customer service focus.
