  • Mon - Thurs 7.30 - 4pm,  Fri 7.30 - 2pm

  • EDMO  offers a position with opportunity.  Primarily for general office administration, reception and despatch duties to provide support to management and directors.  A motivated person with experience in a manufacturing business office environment, who is willing to step up to the challenges and aspire to developing a well organised professional management team.

The Ideal Applicant:

Is experienced in business administration and bookkeeping.  Including reception, data management, despatching documentation and associated customer correspondence. The person will  providing the Company with an excellent first impression person.  Work diligently, be accountable and reliable in providing management support.  The person will demonstrate multi-tasking skills to mange incoming calls, email, business documents, deliveries and visitors.  The ideal applicant will have a good understanding of despatching procedures for domestic and international movement of goods.  Have excellent telephone  manner, good communication skills, and strong computer skills in MS Office and Outlook Programs.

The successful person's duties will include, but is not limited to:

  • General Office Duties.
  • Reception of visitors and phone enquiries and direct appropriately.
  • Liaise with transport companies, drivers,& clients
  • Effect despatch of goods and manage associated documentation.
  • Data Entry & Product Record Keeping
  • Update job history
  • Customer record file management
  • Manage Creditor Filing
  • Monitor stationary and office supplies
  • Support and assist fellow admin staff
  • Present prepared quotations
  • Check in deliveries and mark up Stock
  • Perform business administration duties in support of management .

It is essential you have a minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in a similar office role and have goals to pursue and develop skills to further advance.
