Role Description
This role will give applicants the opportunity to experience all aspects of the Equipment Finance process. You will be working closely with the sales team and will be required to provide quotes, take inbound calls, manage each customer lead through the credit application, prepare documentation, and settlement process whilst providing exceptional Customer Service.
You will be managing multiple transactions dealing with Customers, Vendors, Third Parties and Underwriters so a can- do attitude is required.
Excellent Time Management skills are crucial to ensure that all transactions are processed and settled efficiently to enhance our customer, vendor & underwriter relationships.
Company: We are a growing & dynamic Equipment Finance specialist located in Kingsgrove.
Opportunity: Our company has been operating for 10 years with our head office in NSW and branches in VIC & QLD. We now require a Finance Service Officer to assist in managing our growing customer base.
Requirements: Successful applicants in this role should be able to demonstrate:
- Great Time Management skills ensuring you can manage multiple transactions at one time.
- Multi Tasking to ensure you can handle credit, documentation, settlement & contract management stages.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication Skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in the Equipment Finance industry is preferable however not essential as training will be provided
