Your new company
This organisation is one of Australia's leading Facilities Management and Utilities suppliers. They cover everything on site from cribs, lodges, cleaning and food services and pride themselves on customer satisfaction and well being.
Your new role
You will be part of the Site Administration team based on one of the organisations sites . Working within a team of Administrators your duties in the role will be shared .
your duties will include;
- Booking and Organisation of Site Cribs
- Organisation of monthly / weekly and daily reporting through multiple systems
- 10-12 hour shifts
- Maintaining filing and records keeping systems
- Updating and maintaining KPI trackers
What you'll need to succeed
If you are the successful candidate you will have the following qualities;
- Previous use of the systems - SAP , INX , and JDE.
- Previous experience within a FIFO Site Administration role
- Current IOE or willingness to do an IOE Induction.
- Current Medical and Drug and Alcohol or willingness to do one
- Previous history with a Facilities management company desirable
