Located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, this company is sourcing a Contracts Administrator to grow their team whilst expanding their impressive portfolio. This is a newly created position that you will be able to make your own whilst supporting a team of Project Managers.

The Role:

As Contracts Administrator, your role will be varied. Your main duties will include

  • Managing the contract review and execution process
  • Providing contract administration advice to managers and project managers
  • Developing correspondence, forms and assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports and project data
  • Provide Contract administration including reconciliation, costing and progress claims
  • Providing advice whilst reviewing large bids and tenders
  • Updating and improving documents and procedures to comply with legislation best practise
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate documents and communication in relation to negotiations and agreements


The Person:

To be successful in the role of Contracts Administrator you will have / be:

  • 3-5 years’ experience within a similar role, ideally within property, legal or construction
  • Law/Property/Construction Management qualifications
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite, Gantt Chart and Viso Skills
  • Ability to act on own initiative whilst also working as part of a team
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Decision making and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and positive nature and ability to exhibit a high standard of service
