The Opportunity

If you are an outgoing Administration Assistant who is looking to take the next step into a busy Team Assistant role- this could be this could be the role for you! This role is perfect for a TA who enjoys working in a varied, diverse, ever changing & fast paced environment. In this role you will be a busy team with ad hoc duties, Diary management, coordinating travel, presentations & often organising fun team events!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           
The Responsibility
Whilst having a strong administration focus the key areas of this role will include;
  • Providing administrative assistance and support to the team on a daily basis.
  • Undertake and arrange travel and meetings for team members.
  • Organise and co-ordinate boardrooms & meetings.
  • Liaising with important clients over the telephone.
  • Redirecting calls to the correct team member and taking messages on their behalf.
  • Assist in the preparation of plans, presentations and other documentation .
  • Coordinate and collate team events and activities.
  • Reception cover when necessary.
The Expertise
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and knowledge;
  • Highly organised with a good attention to details.
  • At least 2+ years administration experience.
  • Outgoing and bubbly personality with good commutation skills.
  • Team player who can build relationships across the business!
  • Polished in presentation.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft systems.
