This is an exciting opportunity to join the Women’s Health Service for the western metropolitan region of Melbourne. They focus on supporting women and their children to lead safe and healthy lives. Enjoy a varied role with a good team whilst helping to improve the lives of many!
 
Working as part of a team you will provide administrative, operational and project support to the organisation. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Attending board meetings, preparing agenda's, taking minutes and compliance
• Coordinating and supporting working groups
• Support the team with diary management and agendas
• Coordinate membership renewals and maintain the database
• Maintain and build credible relationships with stakeholders

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced administrator. Offering strong communication skills, both written and verbal, you will enjoy liaising with external parties and building relationships. Possessing strong IT skills with experience in supporting a team will see you succeed in the role, coupled with the right attitude.
