We have an exciting opportunity for a results-orientated Executive Assistant to work within one of the world's most reputable digital studios. This award winning industry leader is looking for an individual who utilises sound judgement, possesses a winning mindset and works well under pressure to provide executive support to the Chief Operating Officer. This is a great opportunity to take your EA experience to the next level and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
 
Responsibilities:

• Diary, email management and expense reconciliation
• Receive calls, take messages and route correspondence appropriately
• Manage personal requests for COO and support with project related matters
• Prepare and distribute minutes from meetings as required
• Schedule and coordinate meetings including management and production meetings
• Organise a high volume of international and domestic travel arrangements for the COO

You will bring:

• At least 2 years' experience in an Executive Assistant role
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A demonstrated ability to be proactive and forward thinking
• High level organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
