Sales Support - Window Coverings

Due to growth a new position has been created for a Sales Support / Customer Service Advisor who has a background in the window coverings industry and can assist with daily online questions or via the phone. Type of questions will vary from technical, product related, delivery dates, sampling, online shopping or sales support.

Reporting to the General Manager the successful candidate will join the team in a full-time position working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm and it will involve you to think outside the box while you utilise your customer service and administration skills.

To be successful for this role you will:

• Proactively develop customer relationships over the phone
• Build rapport and resolve customer query’s in a constructive manner
• Educate the customer on products, delivery dates and offer sales support
• Understand the customer's needs to capitalise on all sale opportunities
• Multi-task and can work independently or in a team environment
• Enjoy working in a small team and happy to share your product knowledge

It is highly regarded that you have a background in curtains or drapes from industries i.e.: retail, interior design, home furnishings, sales, customer service or installation.
