Leading Steel and Fabrication Company on the Gold Coast requires a contract administrator for immediate start. We are pursuing someone with experience in Contract admin/accounts who is looking to take their career to the next level.
Essentially you would be responsible for the following
- Assisting with project tendering and takeoffs
- Processing purchase orders and invoices
- Monitor and track variations
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Reports
Skills and experience in the following would be required
- Strong demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in desktop applications such as Microsoft Word, outlook and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability in providing written reports and contract management
The successful candidate would report directly to the managing director and expected to be enthusiastic, team player and a problem solver. Remuneration negotiable to relevant experience.
