About the Role
We have 6000 tradies on our books and this role is all about showing them a little JinHang love whether that's in our showroom or over the phone. We are all about building strong relationships that mean when they think LED, they think YOU (and JinHang).
You will be working within a high performing, fast paced, energetic team environment where success is rewarded. The role is mainly inbound phone service with a little bit of face to face as well.
A typical day would involve taking orders, tracking goods and LOTS of conversations with our often hilarious customers.
You'll never be bored and this role is the perfect platform to grow your career.
Key Responsibilities (the serious stuff)
- Get busy - we aren't a call centre, and we don't have micro-management-esque reporting but you DO need to be a self starter who's unafraid to pitch in and get the job done.
- Hit the targets - support our amazing sales team in hitting targets by offering add-on products to inbound inquiries.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience on every interaction. Our customers are all tradies - and they're pretty awesome.
