We are currently seeking a Broker Support Officer to work at our Loan Market office in Mount Barker as an integral part a successful, dynamic and growing team.

Working closely with the Senior Broker, you will drive the file from lodgement of application through to settlement and post settlement communication. 

In a fast paced environment, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Complete file management and follow up.
  • Client, lender and business contact liaison
  • Client relationship management
  • Seeing an application through from submission to settlement
  • Use of specialised industry software
  • Business marketing
  • Assisting the business owner to achieve  business goals and to ensure an outstanding customer experience and satisfaction

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
  • Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
  • A sound understanding of bank lending principles (preferred but not essential)
  • A high level of professionalism at all times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling the candidate to deal effectively with the business partners, broker team and clients
  • Excellent presentation
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high pressure environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly organised & proficient at multi-tasking
