The Opportunity
Monash Arts is one of the largest, most diverse and dynamic arts faculties in Australia, with particular strengths in the humanities, performing arts, languages and social sciences.
We are now seeking a Manager Data Analytics who will be able to provide high-level business analysis and statistical reporting to support key Faculty activities including quality reporting and student load planning. The Manager Data Analytics manages a team responsible for databased monitoring and insights, strategic financial modelling, student load scenario planning and trend analysis.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the knowledge and a solid track record in the use of best-practice data methodologies and tools to develop and deliver a comprehensive reporting framework, with supporting datasets, creative analyses and forecasting in order to track and report on key performance metrics. This includes providing bespoke reports and investigations to solve complex questions identified by the Faculty senior management.
