ABOUT THE COMPANY
The team at Victorian Cosmetic Institute consists of specialised Cosmetic Doctors, Cosmetic Surgeons, Nurses, Skin Therapists and Administrators. We specialise in non-surgical facial treatments and use the latest research, products and technology to provide our patients with the most up-to-date techniques. VCI employs over 50 people across 4 clinics and an online skincare store. Our vision is to create positive improvements to appearances and lives.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a part time role commencing ASAP. You will be required to work a minimum of 23 hours per week, including occasional Saturdays. Reporting to the Practice Manager you will work as part of a supportive and effective team, ensuring the efficient day to day running of the clinic. You will be an ambassador for the VCI brand, delivering a seamless and positive experience for our patients. The role requires flexibility with rostered days and times. The position is primarily based at our Beaumaris clinic however travel to our other clinic locations will be required. Please do not apply if you are not happy to travel or work Saturdays.
DUTIES
- Meet and greet patients, ensuring their complete comfort and satisfaction
- Patient photography
- Liaise with patients and their families in a warm and compassionate manner, providing thorough and knowledgeable explanations of the clinics services
- Book appointments, bill patients and maintain patient files with accuracy and confidentiality
- Apply and recommend make-up to patients
- Help to maintain visual merchandising and displays
- Complete daily checklists and reconcile daily takings
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities
- Meet KPIs
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience providing premium customer service
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously
- Intermediate computer skills
- Immaculate presentation and well mannered with a mature outlook
- Flexibility with working days and times is a must
