Reporting to the Owner the client services coordinator will perform a variety of duties to coordinate and schedule services for Home Instead clients
Key duties will be:
- Coordination and scheduling of client and CAREGiver schedules;
- Monitoring, mediating and logging, CAREGiver and client activity;
- Answering new client service enquiries in a knowledgeable and supportive manner;
- Providing administrative support as required
Key requirements are:
- Experience in rostering or scheduling of people and services
- A demonstrated empathy to the needs of older people
- An outgoing personality with high energy levels and strong communication skills
- Accurate Computer skills (MS Office) and previous office administration experience
- Strong organisational skills
Additional training will be provided. If you are a people person, have experience in rostering or scheduling, possess strong communication and administration skills, and can demonstrate a passion and empathy for helping older people to retain their independence, then this position will provide you with a unique opportunity to work in a small dynamic team of people who are making a difference to seniors in our local community.
