An exciting opportunity is now available with a growing transport company in Braeside.

Duties will be many and varied, so your days will fly by. To be successful, you must be capable of performing the following:

• Email, phone and data entry of customer orders.
• Release of customer orders to the warehouse.
• Receipt of inwards goods, preparation of receipt paperwork, labels and labelling.
• Answering customer and freight forwarder calls and issue resolution or redirection as appropriate.
• Responding to email customer requests.
• Visual stock checks and quality checks as appropriate
• Raising purchase orders.
• Processing shipping and freight documents.
• Other duties as directed from time to time.

Cross training in accounts administration will also be required to cover during busy periods and leave.

• have strong computer literacy with Microsoft office (Word and Excel)
• are familiar with warehouse management systems
• have used Paperless WMS (highly desirable)
• have clear written and spoken English communication skills

• are comfortable communication with all levels
• enjoy customer service and love to help
• are safety conscious
